Unless explicitly stated any new features including new content and/or the sale of new Products/ Services shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process.
You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to the IMEI of your phone, you name or alias and your email address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Service which is available through our website by us or our sub-contractors. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these terms and conditions as 'Personal Information'.
4. You must ensure that the Personal Information you provide is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration details (where applicable) contain your correct IMEI and email address and other requested details.
5. We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability.
You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other internet connected device.
We exclude all express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to our website or any information or service provided through our website to the fullest extent as permitted.
6. We will do our best to ensure that all information published on our website is accurate, but please note that all information on our website is provided on an 'as it is' basis.
We take no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone.
We are not responsible for any possible damages which may occur with your mobile phone or PC during use or misuse of any software. We are also not responsible for any problems caused by original or hand-made connection cables.
7.Products vary for each phone. Unlocking code is sent along with full instructions to unlock the selected phone.
8. Guarantee – Unlock-Direct.com can only guarantee that the service will fulfill the customers expectations if the following criteria are met:
8.1 The information provided on the submission form when ordering the service is 100% correct
8.2 The instructions provided with the service have been followed EXACTLY as stipulated
8.3 The target mobile phone is not faulty, stolen or blacklisted
8.4 The target mobile phone is not already unlocked
8.5 The software of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
8.6 The IMEI number of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
7.7 The phone has never been subject to an attempted unlocking in the past.
9. Refund Policy
Unlock-Direct.com will endeavor to solve any problem any customer may have while attempting to use our service, however liability for the success of the service lies solely with the consumer. Unlock-Direct.comwill only consider a refund if all of the above criteria has been met.
Refunds will only be given in extreme circumstances (provided that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order) Furthermore, Unlock-Direct.com cannot guarantee that this service will enable the target handset to operate on any specific network. Certain handsets will only operate on certain networks.
In certain circumstances for refunds we will require the following:
if in the unlikely event we cannot source an unlocking code for your device then we will issue a full 'no quibble' refund. In fact you will be given a button in your email (or the status page) offering the refund. However if we do provide an unlocking code and in the unlikely event it doesn't work, we will require video proof that the phone is still locked to the network. (IE take a video showing IMEI on phone and then attempted entry of network unlock code into phone and email it to us or what we see more often now is people just uploading the video to our Facebook page or to Youtube and sending us the link by email) ps WE DO NOT REFUND STOLEN/BLACKLISTED PHONES!!!
9.1 We also need to see the make and the model of the handset.
These measures may seem a little extreme to most, however due to the electronic nature of our business we have no other way to determine whether the unlock code has been successful or not.
9.2 No refunds for orders that are being processed will be made. Once you make the payment you cannot cancel an order once it is underway.
This is a remote service which is not immediate and may take hours or even up to 10 business / working days to process, this depends on the brand, the model of your phone or operator to which the phone is locked .
We will refund the money if your code is not available or in the unlikely event that the code does not work.
10. Previous Unlock Attempts
Unlock-Direct.com cannot guarantee success with the unlock codes we supply if the target handset has been subject to a previous unlock attempt. The customer accepts that a refund, in part or in full, will not be offered or given where the unlock codes supplied by have failed because the target handset has been subject to a previous unlock attempt.
10. Incorrect Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the target handset and the network the handset is currently locked to is supported by our service. A credit note may be offered in specific circumstances, however a refund cannot be offered or given where the customer has paid and subsequently discovered that their handset and/or network is not supported by our service.
